1. General Information

These terms apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2. Product Information
We sell civilian electromagnetic products such as the Ygun and accessories.
Military products (e.g., Victorya, Demarock, Yguard) are not sold via the website and may only be offered through direct contract under applicable Swedish and international laws.
All product specifications, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Pre-Orders and Payment
Some products, including the Ygun, are offered via pre-order with full 100% upfront payment.
By submitting a pre-order, you reserve a unit from the first limited production batch. Estimated delivery is Q1 2026, but this may change due to production, export, or regulatory delays.
Payment is processed at the time of order. No item will be shipped until payment is completed and all legal conditions are met.
4. Shipping Policy
We ship only to countries where our products are legally permitted. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the legality of the product in their country before ordering.
If a license, certificate, or permit is required in the receiving country, we will request valid documentation before shipment.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be lawfully shipped.
Shipping fees, customs charges, and delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout.
5. Return and Refund Policy
5.1 Pre-Orders
You may cancel a pre-order within 5 calendar days of placing it and receive a full refund.
After 5 days, the pre-order becomes non-refundable, except in the case of product failure or legal restriction on delivery.
5.2 Post-Delivery Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of any defects or issues. This does not apply to misuse or damage caused by the customer.
In case of a verified defect, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind after shipping.
6. Export Control and Legal Compliance
Ytsab Defence AB complies with all applicable Swedish and international export control laws, including regulations from the Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic Products (ISP).
We do not ship to embargoed or restricted countries. We will cancel any transaction that violates Swedish, EU, or international export rules.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect personal data necessary for processing your order and do not share your information with third parties, except as required for shipping or legal compliance.

8. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Disputes that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement will be handled by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or in Swedish courts.
