Pre-Order Terms

By placing a pre-order, you agree to pay 100% of the product price upfront to secure your unit in our first production batch, which is extremely limited.

⏳ Refund Window

You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund within 5 calendar days of placing the order.
After this period, no refunds will be issued until the product is delivered.

📦 Product Delivery

All pre-orders will be prioritized for delivery in the first release batch, estimated for Q1 2026. You will receive email updates regarding production and shipping status.

✅ Post-Delivery Claims

Once you receive your Ygun, you will have 14 days to report any manufacturing defects or delivery issues. We will then assess and resolve the case accordingly, either through replacement or repair.

⚠️ Non-Refundable After 5 Days

Please note: due to the made-to-order nature of this product and limited quantity, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations after 5 days, except in the case of defective or non-functional products upon delivery.
